Tilwinda Terms and Conditions
Accommodation is offered by Tilwinda subject to the following
Terms & Conditions.
Bookings
Bookings
may be made by:

info@tilwinda.com or on-line via our secure booking service provider.
A 50% percent deposit of the total tariff is required within 3 working days to
confirm your booking. The total balance must be received on arrival or booking
may be cancelled with no refund of deposit.
Bookings for arrival on the same day, or the next day, must be confirmed by
telephone or the booking may not be valid. Direct deposit payment at the time of
booking will require no further confirmation.
Payments may be made via direct deposit to Tilwinda, Visa, or money order.
Payment by cheque will only be accepted if full payment is received as cleared
funds at least 5 full working days before arrival.
If a credit card number has been provided Tilwinda reserves the right to
automatically debit any amounts outstanding, extra charges (extra guests/rooms,
packages, lost keys, damage or extra cleaning costs. Note that damage to
premises will be charged at repair or replacement and Tilwinda reserves the
right to charge a 50% administration fee of such work).
Prices may be subject to change without notice.
Terms of Use: Accommodation
Standard check-in time is 3pm on day of arrival and check out is 11 am unless
advised otherwise.
Tilwinda is not responsible for the failure of essential services, utilities and
appliances. Please make problems known to Tilwinda and every effort will be made
to rectify the problem or contact the appropriate authorities.
Only one warning will be issues if a noise complaint is received. Any additional
complaint will result in immediate eviction form the premises without refund.
Any fines incurred for noise will be added to total payment plus a 50%
administration fee.
Tilwinda is not responsible for the security of your belongings. Please ensure
that your accommodation is locked and secure when not occupied.
Notify Tilwinda immediately of any loss or damage to property.
Cancellation Policy
No deposit
refund on cancellations less than 3 full days prior. 50% of deposit refund on
cancellation 4-7 days prior. 100% deposit refund over 7 days prior. Minimum
$40.00 cancellation fee applies to all confirmed bookings. Balance due on
arrival by Credit Card or Cash only.
Tilwinda
reserves the right to cancel any booking at any stage.
Vouchers
Tilwinda accommodation vouchers are
available and are subject to the same terms, conditions and cancellation
policies for accommodation as specified above.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Smoking : No smoking indoors.
Smoking permitted outdoors but must not interfere with other guests.
Children : Children may be accommodated in the Barn but will require
parental supervision at all times for safety. Please note that Tilwinda has wood
fires, farm and wild animals, machinery
and water features.
Pets : Pets are not permitted.
