Rates applicable from 1 July 2008 until 30 June 2009

• Prices are per couple. Homestead includes full cooked breakfast. Woolshed Barn full Breakfast Provisions.
• Single rates available Mid Week, please enquire.
• Woolshed Barn : additional adult $40.00 per night, Children under 14 $20.00 per night
• Please enquire for Woolshed Barn no breakfast option available for 3 or more nights.
• Please enquire for longer stays or any special requirements.

Bookings and General Conditions

Bookings : Advisable to book well in advance. Book direct with hosts or use our Online Booking link below.

Deposit: 50% of total tariff.

Balance: On arrival.

Credit Cards : We accept Visa and MasterCard. 

Cheques : Cheques require full payment 7 days in advance.

Direct Deposit : Payment of deposit or full amount may be made by direct deposit at least 7 days prior. Balance by cash or Eptpos on arrival. Contact Tilwinda for bank account details.

Cancellation:   No deposit refund on cancellations less than 3 full days prior. 50%  of deposit refund on cancellation 4-7 days prior. 100%  deposit refund over 7 days prior. Balance due on arrival by Credit Card, Eftpos or Cash only. Minimum $40.00 cancellation fee applies to all confirmed bookings.

Check in/out times : Normal check in time is 3:00 PM and check out is 11:00 AM. Please ask if you require different times. We would be pleased to accommodate your requirements if at all possible.

Smoking : Smoke Free

Children : Children may be accommodated in the Barn but will require parental supervision at all times for safety. Please note that Tilwinda has farm and wild animals, machinery and water features.
